Keir Memorial Land and Sea Museum
2214 Route 20, Malpeque, PE
The museum is housed in the Keir Memorial Presbyterian Church, built in 1927. The collection of artifacts shows the history of commerce, shipbuilding, fishing, agriculture and the cultural life of the residents in the Malpeque area since 1770. The interactive lecture series known as “The Talks” are held at the Princeton United Church (corner on Route 20) July 9th-August 13th on consecutive Weds at 10am. Oyster Day – August 9th, 11:30am-3pm, rain date August 10. Malpeque Oysters, Mussels, BBQ hot dogs, live entertainment, strawberries and ice cream, local vendors.
